Is BOLT only for operators?
Yes. BOLT is for DOOH operators running their own networks. DSP connections are available as a BOLT-on once you have your own account with the demand partner. Venue partners aren't charged a platform fee — hosting a screen runs through Blue Billboard, the network programme.
How does the screen count work mid-cycle?
Add or remove screens whenever, and billing prorates daily. If your average screen count over a quarter pushes you into the next tier, the per-screen rate drops automatically from the next invoice.
Can I switch BOLT-ons on and off any time?
Yes. Toggle modules in the admin console or call your account manager. Changes take effect immediately and bill prorated to the day. We don't lock you into module commitments.
What's actually included in the base price?
The full admin console, dashboard, campaigns, network monitoring, proof-of-play, support, and the operator API. The BOLT-ons are optional modules for direct-sales workflows, programmatic, finance integrations and signing.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Onboarding, training and migration from your current CMS (Xibo, Broadsign, DOOHclick and others) are included. Hardware install is priced per site separately.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes: a paid 30-day pilot, refundable if you choose not to continue. Most operators decide within the first fortnight.
